Ascend Train is a comprehensive program written to help you excel in the sport of fitness. This program consists of one 60-90 minute session per day, five days a week. It is built by our team of coaches around the CrossFit season to help you peak for the open and support your quest throughout the season. This program is suitable and scalable for everyone from beginner to advanced athlete. This program does require access to a fully equipped CrossFit-style gym.
